About me

Hi there, welcome to my website. This site is mainly focusing on my work as a facilitator for constellations. Besides this i am working as a teamtrainer and coaching for corporates. 

I have been working with groups and individuals for over fifteen years to make them stronger. In the last ten years i have developed in systemic work and facilitating family constellations.

For me the family of origin holds very important information about you. Gaining this information throughout a family constellation can help you to overcome personal boundaries or personal believes that h0ld you back.

I have been educated by the Institute for systemic Work by Elmer Hendrix and have seen many constellations by Stephan Hausner. In my constellations I also pay attention to illness and health dynamics.

Besides working in groups and as a personal coach I am hiking throughout the world: Germany, Albania, Swiss, Belgium and more. Hiking with my backpack on my back makes me feel close to nature and close to myself.

I get my inspiration from the forest, from museums and looking at art, I also paint a bit myself and make jewelry in my spare time. Furthermore, I am the proud mother of two little big men. I especially want to teach my children that life can be an adventure, go on a trip, be amazed and live! Just like I always try to do myself.
