A Systemic View on organizations

A systemic view works for any organization. We have over twenty years of experience in working with teams and organizations. We understand the complexity of organizations and teams.

We understand that your organizational issues or doubts are private and that is why we take great care in making sure that a safe and open environment is created.

How do we start an organization constellation?

  • First, we start with an extensive interview to get a clear understanding of your question.
  • We then discuss with you the options for a suitable organization constellation.
  • We plan a date for the constellation itself with experienced representatives and we follow the constellation together with you.
  • When the constellation is finished, we gather the findings and discuss what you can do with these insights.

Furthermore, we can offer tailormade programs for team- and organizational development, based on the ouput of the constellation, your goals and our experience with team-development.

When is a organization or team constellation an interesting method to use for the next step?

  • We are experiencing an (inexplicable) resistance within our organization
  • I am a manager/supervisor and would like to be able to have more impact and result with my team
  • There is a culture of fear in the workplace. Where does this come from?
  • Our department/business is going through a merger. Can you make a systemic contribution to this process?
  • We are seeing behaviour or patterns in our team(s) or organization that we feel is no longer acceptable
